This was my last wedding from 2010, and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to end the season. Becca and Adrian had a beautiful ceremony at Park Street Church, followed by punch and pastries, then a more traditional cocktail hour before their afternoon reception at the Omni Parker House in Boston.
One of the things I love about weddings is the time that toasts are given. While there was the Best Man and Maid of Honor toasts as well as a speech from Becca’s father, Becca and Adrian also directed some heartfelt words to the individuals most dear to them. So many things can be learned about a couple from what their closest friend or family member says about them, but I think the fact that Adrian and Becca wanted to take the extra time to express their own admiration and gratitude reveals even more about the kind of people they are.
