I almost always meet clients before their wedding day, but I love doing engagement shoots because it gives me another opportunity to learn even more about them and their relationship. During this shoot I got to hear about how Phiyen and Jackson have been together for a long, long time, how they’re fortunate to have family nearby, and how they’re so immersed in each other’s families that they enjoy home-cooked meals with each side pretty much every week. How sweet!
We met up near the aquarium to start, then walked along the wharf, up to Christopher Columbus Park, and eventually rushed our way to Beacon Hill just before all natural light was mostly gone. I’m not even kidding about the rushing, either; I remember that day I immediately went into power-walk mode! :)
