Christina and Matt were married last month at HighRock church in Arlington. Before the ceremony, I spent the afternoon with Christina and her bridesmaids, who were having fun getting all dolled up. This was my first time shooting the bride getting ready in the house where she grew up. There’s something very special about this experience that I don’t think you get from getting ready in a pretty hotel room or any other place. It’s so personal and so symbolic–I only wish all of my couples could prepare for their day in such meaningful spaces!

After the ceremony, we headed to the deCordova Sculpture Park (such an amazingly cool location) to get some formal portraits  and then were off to Cafe Escadrille in Burlington to kick off the celebrations. I had SO much fun shooting this wedding!

Here are just some of my favorites.

Thank you, Christina and Matt, for such a beautiful day!

Sneak peek for Richard & Alex. :)

A peek at Phiyen & Jackson, who will be getting married next month!

A little preview of Christina and Matt!

Shot at the deCordova Museum in Lincoln, MA. SO excited to share the rest of the wedding soon!

In early June I had the pleasure of photographing Amanda & Christy’s wedding ceremony and celebration at Club Passim in Harvard Square in Cambridge. I was only there for three short and sweet hours, but this was more than enough to witness the enormous amount of love that filled their small venue. Such a happy day!

Thank you again, Amanda and Christy, for having me there to capture these moments!
